ServiceNow (2017)

Overview

Most of my work for ServiceNow is still confidential. I only display on my portfolio some samples of UI and UX work I did during my time there. My role was more UX oriented and most of the design I did there was about simplifying the work process and the workflow. Most of the work display here is not visually driven but is more thought process and flow. I also worked closely with the Customer Experience Strategist to help her with simplifying the process and making the User experience better.

Benchmark Project


In this project, I designed an option to opt-in or opt-out of the benchmark. Opting-in would allow you to see the data related to your instance. If you opt-out, you will see an empty space that will allow you to ask for access again.

 

Sprint Review


As a Scrum Master, I designed a summary of the last sprint to help other teams and higher management to have a better visibility of my team's work.

User Flow


Part of my UX work for ServiceNow was to understand use cases and user flow. I designed a system that would make easy for Project Owners to understand how our client interact with their products.
